What is the Check in and check out time?
Check-In (Venue Access):
Check-in time begins at the scheduled start time of your contracted rental period. At this time, hosts, vendors, and approved event staff may access the venue to begin setup. Early access is not permitted unless additional setup time has been reserved in advance.
Check-Out (Event End & Exit):
Check-out occurs at the end of your contracted rental time. All guests must exit the venue, and personal items, décor, and vendor equipment must be removed by this time. Any remaining setup, cleanup, or guest departure beyond the scheduled end time may result in overtime charges.
Additional Time:
Extra setup or event time can be added to your rental, subject to availability, and must be arranged prior to the event. Overtime is billed according to the venue’s published hourly rate.
Important Notes:
All events must conclude promptly at the scheduled end time
Vendors must adhere to the same check-in and check-out times as the client
The venue manager will conduct a final walkthrough at check-out
How far is the Hotel from airport?
✈️ Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX)
The primary airport serving the Phoenix–Mesa area
Approximately 8 miles (about 10–20 minutes by car) to the Mesa area where the event venue is located, depending on traffic.
🛬 Mesa Gateway Airport (AZA)
A smaller regional airport located in East Mesa
About 1 mile from central Mesa and similarly close to the event venue area, though exact distance varies by route.
🧑✈️ Travel Tips
Car/taxi/ride-share: The quickest and most common way to reach the venue from either airport.
Public transit: Light rail and bus services connect Phoenix Sky Harbor to Mesa with transfers, but may take longer than a direct ride.
Do you have cocktails on the bar?
Bellagio Event Center does not provide in-house cocktails or alcohol. However, we do allow custom cocktail service through a licensed and insured bartender.
Clients may choose to:
Bring their own alcohol (BYOB)
Work with a professional bartender to create custom cocktails for their event
All alcohol must be served by an approved, licensed bartender, and self-service is not permitted. Bartender coordination services are available to help streamline the process and ensure compliance with venue policies.
